The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.

Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

RUFSO Operate an Open access policy

Funded Research subject to the Open Access Policy should contain the following elements:

Publication Will Be On “Open Access” Terms. All papers including articles accepted for publication shall be published RUFSO editorial team approval. This will permit all users to copy, redistribute, transform, and build on the material in any medium or format for any purpose without further permission or fees being required.

RUFSO Will Retain Copyright. RUFSO shall retain sufficient copyright in papers to ensure that articles accepted for publication are deposited into an open-access repository and published under RUFSO editorial team approval.

Publications and Underlying Data Will Be Accessible and Open Immediately. All papers including articles accepted for publication shall be available immediately at publication, without any period.
